Shelly Talbot- Clout
Director of programming
Shelly has devoted her long career to supporting Individuals to communicate their personal hopes and dreams and is deeply honored to have been invited to join them in their life journeys. She has aided in developing creative strategies to helping individuals to achieve their dreams. Shelly has dedicated over 25 years of her career to MSA Society. She has a Social Services Education background and she passes on her knowledge, passion and experience to her team. Outside of work you will find Shelly enjoying time with her family and contemplating her love of the Christmas season.
Jackie Ayer
executive Director
Jackie has dedicated her career to supporting people from all walks of life. She has a deep compassion for people and applies her psychology education to building relationships to enrich the lives of others. Her compassion, strengths and leadership encourages the Individuals and staff to be their best selves. She loves to engage others in their learning through facilitating workshops that are fun and inspiring. You will find Jackie with her family outside enjoying nature or spending quality time with friends over a cup of decaf coffee.
Henry Falk
Finance Director
Henry has been applying his CGA & CPA designations to MSA’s finance department for 28 years. Henry is meticulous in his role and is dedicated to ensuring MSA’s financial department is well organized and efficient. Most of all Henry is approachable and is always willing to answer questions, provide support and imparting his expertise to others. Henry has a wonderful sense of humor and finds joy in the latest advances in technology. Outside of work you will find Henry looking for ways to improve his fitness and traveling with his family.
Matt Lutz
Human Resource Manager
Matthew is a Human Resources specialist with eight years of diverse human resources experience in the non-profit and education fields. His areas of expertise include full cycle recruitment, performance management, policy and handbook development, and job description development. Matt is a strong believer in encouraging work/life balance in the workplace as well as championing internal wellness campaigns to assist employees with effective mental health techniques. He strives to enhance employee coaching and leadership development to help build a strong, cohesive team. Matt chairs the Labour Management committee as well as the Cultural Diversity and Inclusion committee. Matt enjoys boardgames with his wife but can also be found building blanket forts or looking for treasure with his young children.
Trisha Ambridge
HOme share Manager

Trisha has been committed to MSA for over 20 years supporting individuals, families, caregivers and staff. She brings passion and expertise to our Residential services, ensuring staff are well supported and Individuals are receiving exceptional person-centered care. As a strong advocate, Trisha is responsive and will always go the extra mile for our Home Share Providers and Individuals. Trisha is a proud parent of two daughters and her very energetic dog.
Mandy Paisley McMahon
Fundraising /program development Manager
Mandy arrived in Canada over 13 years ago from Scotland and brings with her a wealth of experience working in the Non-Profit sector both in her home country and in Canada. She applies her expertise and community relationships to design and support new initiatives in current programs as well as developing new initiatives to meet needs within the community. Mandy loves to plan and implements events . In her spare time, Mandy enjoys being active, spending time with her children and spoiling her two hilarious dogs.
Natasha Desrochers
community inclusion Manager
Getting her start as a one to one support worker in 2010, Tasha has since advanced into various roles, including Team Leader and now Manager of Community Inclusion/ Life Skills and Transition Resource Home.
This experience informs her person-centered approach, where both the persons-served and MSA employees are supported in reaching their own goals. By actively seeking input from those served and mixing in her own expertise, Tasha works to establish creative and flexible community connections. Tasha specializes in supporting people who have interfering behaviours through Positive Behaviour Supports.
While engaging in on-going personal and professional development in areas of leadership, Positive Behaviour Support and Person-Centered Thinking, Tasha contributes to a culture where learning and growth are valued and applied. As chair of the JOHS committee and member of the EDI committee, Tasha is committed to ensuring MSA is a safe and inclusive place for all members of the community.
When Tasha is not at work she can be found outdoors communicating with nature, throwing a baseball and exploring with her twin boys
Carmen Lundy
Community housing Manager
Carmen has spent more than 30 years working in the community living industry. Carmen began by working on contracts before moving up to management. With the many people she has helped throughout the years, Carmen has shared some of her greatest life experiences!
Some of Carmen’s passions in life include baking cookies and other treats, solo kayaking in the morning, and small-group paddles under the stars.
Carmen has a kind nature toward all species of animals, both domestic and wild. Carmen finds enormous satisfaction in life as she observes it from her front porch.
