Privacy Officer:  MSA has one Privacy Officer who is trained and qualified to address any breaches, concerns or issues that arise regarding privacy and are responsible for the following:

1. Conducting privacy audits and assessments
2. Developing, implementing and maintaining Privacy Policy
3. Training staff in the area of Privacy
4. Responding to requests for access to and correction of personal information
5. Working with the Information and Privacy Commissioner in the event of an investigation

The Privacy Officer is trained and familiar with the Personal Information Protection Act and the 10 Principles of Privacy
