CHOICE – All people have the right to choose what they will do with their lives and with whom they will do it.

CONTROL – People have the power to make decisions and control all aspects of their lives.

DREAMING – All people have dreams and goals. A commitment to helping people fulfill their dreams is essential.

CONTRIBUTION AND COMMUNITY – Everyone has the ability to contribute to their community in a way that is meaningful to them.
