The MSA Society for Community Living is a not-for-profit agency founded on July 8, 1957 by a group of local parents who could not find appropriate services for their children with developmental disabilities.

The Society is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who are elected by the general membership. The annual general meeting of the Society is held each year in June.
